1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Exit Profile platform (the "Platform"), including this website, any associated applications, or services offered by Digital Discom Private Limited ("the Company"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Discom Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in New Delhi, India.

2. Nature of the Platform

Exit Profile is a business-to-business (B2B) closed-network employee exit record and verification infrastructure platform operated by Digital Discom Private Limited. It enables structured, factual exchange of employee exit-related information between verified companies in India.

The Platform does not provide employment references, ratings, opinions, or subjective evaluations of individuals. All records are strictly factual and submitted by registered employer organisations under their sole responsibility.

3. Eligibility

  • The Platform is available only to companies registered in India with valid GST, CIN, or equivalent business registration.
  • Access is restricted to authorised representatives of such organisations.
  • Employee-level access, if introduced, will be governed by separate terms.
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age and acting in a professional capacity.

4. Permitted Use

Users may use the Platform only for lawful HR and employment-related business purposes, including:

  • Submitting verified employee exit records.
  • Reviewing candidate exit history during hiring processes.
  • Managing organisational HR compliance data.

Users must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, or retaliatory information. All submissions must be based on documented HR records and comply with applicable Indian laws.

5. Data Submission Standards

  • Only structured and predefined data fields are permitted.
  • No free-text opinions, comments, or subjective descriptions are allowed.
  • All records must be verifiable and linked to valid employee identity details where applicable.
  • Companies are fully responsible for accuracy and legality of submitted data.
  • False or defamatory submissions may result in legal action under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and platform materials, including the name "Exit Profile", are the exclusive property of Digital Discom Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India. No part of the Platform may be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exit Profile acts solely as a neutral data infrastructure platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Accuracy of data submitted by companies.
  • Hiring decisions made using Platform data.
  • Disputes between employers and employees.
  • Technical failures, downtime, or data loss.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
