Understand how your past exits are perceived by future employers. View your exit profile, check your score, and dispute any inaccuracies — it's your right.
When you leave a company, your employer may record structured, factual data about your exit — such as whether you served your notice period, the nature of your departure, and your rehire eligibility. Exit Profile aggregates these records into a transparent, disputable exit profile accessible only to verified employers.
Your exit profile is not a credit score. It is a factual record — and like CIBIL, you have the right to view it, dispute inaccuracies, and get corrections made. This protects your professional reputation.
Did you serve the contractually agreed notice period at each employer?
Resigned, terminated for cause, absconded, contract ended, or laid off — each carries different weight in your exit profile score.
Whether your previous employer would consider rehiring you — a strong indicator of professionalism.
Confirmed match between your stated role and the employer's recorded designation.
Length of each employment and consistency across roles over your career.
You can request to see your complete exit profile from Exit Profile at any time, free of charge.
If a record is inaccurate, you can raise a formal dispute and the employer must respond within 7 business days.
Your data is accessible only to verified companies. No public access. No anonymous queries ever.
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you can request deletion of your personal data subject to legal conditions.
Employee self-access is coming soon. Register below and be the first to know when you can view your own exit profile. Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Thank you for registering your interest in Exit Profile. You are now on our priority list. We will notify you as soon as employee self-access goes live. Your professional exit profile will be protected and transparent. — Team Digital Discom

Expert insights on background verification, exit management, and HR compliance for Indian companies.
India's workforce is growing at an unprecedented pace. With over 500 million working-age adults and one of the world's largest hiring ecosystems, Indian companies are facing a growing crisis: a significant and measurable rise in employee fraud, fake experience certificates, and undisclosed termination histories.
Consider this: a mid-sized IT company in Bengaluru hires a candidate who claims 5 years of experience at a major firm. Background verification is skipped — "too slow, too expensive." The candidate joins, and within 3 months, it becomes clear they were actually terminated for cause at their last employer — a fact that would have appeared instantly on Exit Profile's network.
This isn't a hypothetical. This is happening thousands of times every day across India, in sectors ranging from IT and BFSI to logistics and healthcare. The cost? Not just financial — though that runs into lakhs — but reputational, operational, and legal.
Traditional background verification agencies in India are slow (7–21 days), expensive (₹800–₹5,000 per check), inconsistent, and often rely on phone calls that go unanswered. In a country where attrition rates in IT alone exceed 20%, and where companies hire in the tens of thousands per month, this model simply doesn't scale.
Exit Profile, launched in March 2026 by Digital Discom Private Limited, solves this problem at the root. Instead of relying on one-off verification requests, we build a shared, structured database of employee exit records — contributed by verified Indian companies and made queryable in seconds via PAN-linked search.
The result: a background verification report that takes 7 seconds, not 7 days. That is DPDP Act 2023 compliant. That is defamation-proof by design, because every field is a structured dropdown — no free-text opinions, no legal risk.
Companies that join Exit Profile in the first 30 days receive founding member benefits — including three months of free search access and priority onboarding. But more importantly, they contribute to a network effect: the more companies that submit exit records, the more powerful every company's query becomes.
This is the CIBIL model for employee exits. And just as CIBIL transformed credit decisions in India, Exit Profile is set to transform hiring.
Ready to protect your company from bad hires?
Expert insights on background verification, exit management, and HR compliance for Indian companies.
Every HR manager in India knows the sinking feeling: an employee — often in a critical role — simply stops showing up. No resignation letter. No handover. No response to calls. They've absconded. And now your team has to pick up the pieces.
India's job market is dynamic, competitive, and — increasingly — consequence-free for employees who behave badly on exit. With no centralised database of exit records, an employee who absconds from Company A can walk into Company B the next week with no one the wiser. The pattern repeats. The hiring company bears the full cost.
This is not just an IT sector problem. We see the same pattern in logistics, retail, BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare. The sectors differ; the pain is the same.
In India, a standard notice period ranges from 30 to 90 days. Yet industry data suggests that over 40% of employees in high-attrition sectors like IT do not fully serve their notice period. Some negotiate a buyout; many simply leave. The receiving company — your competitor — often has no idea.
What if the next company hiring your absconding employee could see, in 7 seconds, that they have a history of not serving notice? What if that data was structured, factual, and legally documented? That's Exit Profile.
Exit Profile by Digital Discom Private Limited creates a structured, PAN-linked database of employee exit records. When a company submits an exit record, they log:
No free text. No opinions. No defamation risk. Just structured, verifiable facts — the same standard used in credit reporting. The next employer queries the candidate's PAN before making an offer and gets this data in seconds.
The long-term goal of Exit Profile is not punitive. It is to raise the standard of professional conduct across India's workforce. When employees know that their exit behaviour is on record — and that future employers can see it — the incentive to behave professionally increases dramatically.
This is exactly what happened with CIBIL in the credit market. Exit Profile is building the same infrastructure for employment.
