Structured employee exit records (PAN, exit type, notice period status, rehire flag, designation, exit date)

From Employee Interest Registrations:

Name, email address, industry, and years of experience (self-provided)

From Website Visitors:

Form submissions (interest registration, contact enquiries)
Device and browser information (for security and analytics)
IP address and approximate location (for fraud prevention)

3. How We Use Your Data

To verify company identity and process registrations
To provide exit intelligence services to authorised users
To respond to enquiries and communications
To improve platform security and prevent misuse
To comply with legal obligations under Indian law (DPDP Act 2023)

We do not use personal data for advertising, third-party profiling, or sell it under any circumstance.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Consent: Provided at registration and recorded with timestamp
