3. No Independent Verification

The Company does not verify or certify any data submitted by companies. All responsibility lies solely with the submitting entity.

4. Not a Background Verification Agency

Exit Profile is not a licensed background verification agency and does not issue official employment verification documents.

5. Compliance Responsibility

Registered companies must ensure compliance with all applicable Indian laws including the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act 2000.

6. No Professional Advice

Platform content does not constitute legal, HR, or financial advice. Users must seek professional guidance where required.

8. Limitation of Liability
